Self love allows us to extend compassion to others through the practice of empathy, resulting in better problem solving skills. Having a healthy relationship with others, begins with cultivating a healthy relationship with ourselves. It helps us take risks, and be in our flow, resulting in greater confidence to do things that lead to success. Self love involves filling our own cups, so that we have more to pour into others. Through conscious and unconscious mind work, we will work toward empowerment through healing.
